CIRV partnered with Home for Good and other agencies will be hosting another CQE Clinic. A Certificate of Qualification of Employment (CQE) is granted by your county court to assist with removing barriers to employment for people with misdemeanors and felony records. This certificate removes hiring liability for employers which makes it less risky for them to give you a second chance.
